Structures are often great options if portability is a must, or if you have a large space like a garage to fit a simulator into without the need to build permanent walls. We build structures using a 4x4 or 6x6 wooden posts and bracket system. This ensures a sturdy and practical design to either fasten drapes, build a padded wall or have a mix of both. This also accommodates overhead netting extremely well as it can be pulled over the top of the structure to eliminate the need for ceiling protection. This is the more popular option for commercial spaces and simulators in pre-existing homes.
Even though this design has a permanent finished look, they can also be temporary or moved after installation.
Building a simulator room or bay alongside the custom build of a house or commercial space allows for easier AV work and trim options. We can help design the perfect entertainment space whether you want a sports bar feel in your own home or a functional training area to get the most out of your practice.
At Clubhouse Sport Simulators, we aim to provide Clients with the highest quality materials. Based on the framework of your bay we offer designs and recommendations to best suit your desired space.
Turf is available in green and black depending on your preference and can have contrasting trim turf strips on the sides to design the perfect look.
Strike mats are turf that can be installed in any dimension and serve as the hitting area. You can use normal golf tees as the turf blades mimic a real ground feeling.
The screen is one of the most important pieces of any golf simulator. It must be durable enough to receive shots whether you’re a professional long driver or just working on your wedges. All while providing a sharp projection image to take advantage of the high resolution technology.
We install our screens to be tight to the ground for mis-hits and the perfect elasticity to receive shots while maintaining rigidity and longevity.
Panels of wall padding are available for side walls and ceiling of the simulator interior and provide a sleek padded look to the sim. These panels can be custom cut to fit any space and come in a variety of colours of vinyl wrap to add a personal touch to the room or structure. we also offer full sound proof paneling solutions to minimize excess noise and improve acoustics.
If the simulator dimensions don’t fill the room or you want retractable wall protection; the best option is to outfit the sides with heavy blackout drapes. This is also a great option for simulators with a total width of 12ft or less as you can choose which side to have the drapes fully extended. We all have friends who live close to the hosel, so make sure they aren’t intimidated by open walls.
Overhead netting is best used in a space where the simulator structure is built standalone. Most commercial spaces benefit from using netting. This will cover the entire hitting area and is hung tight from the structure.
